The valve is designed for a maximum working pressure of 20,000 psi and is intended for critical isolation positions in oil and gas wellhead and high-pressure production systems.2. Through-Conduit Flow Passage
When the valve is fully open, the flow passage provides a clear bore suitable for efficient fluid transportation and reduced flow resistance.This valve is designed for fully open or fully closed service and must not be used for long-term throttling or flow regulation.3. Bidirectional Metal Sealing
The slab gate and valve seats form a bidirectional metal sealing structure, supporting isolation under pressure from either flow direction.Final sealing performance shall be confirmed according to the approved technical specification and inspection requirements.4. Wear-Resistant Sealing Surfaces
The gate and seat sealing surfaces use WC hard-alloy treatment to improve resistance to wear, erosion and corrosion in demanding oilfield media.5. Gearbox-Assisted Manual Operation
The manual gearbox reduces the operating force required for opening and closing. The operating direction is clearly identified for convenient field use.7. Secondary Sealant Injection
A secondary sealant injection device is provided to support emergency sealing around critical sealing areas when required.

2. What information is required for actuator selection?
Please provide the valve type and size, required torque, operating mode, power supply, opening/closing time, mounting flange, output connection, control and feedback signals, and working environment. If the valve torque is unavailable, please provide the valve size, medium, operating pressure or maximum differential pressure so that we can assist with selection.
3. Can you provide samples?
Sample units are available for evaluation, subject to the selected model and technical configuration. Sample and shipping costs will be confirmed separately.
4. Can you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes. Nameplates, voltage, control functions, feedback signals, mounting interfaces and other configurations can be customized according to confirmed technical requirements.
5. What is your lead time?
Our standard lead time is approximately 30 days after technical confirmation and receipt of the advance payment. If the required model is in stock, it can normally be ready for shipment within approximately 15 days. The final lead time depends on the order quantity and technical configuration.
